Riaan adopted a Tunisian field mouse for a day. His name was Russell. Although Russell did not stay long, Riaan had developed an emotional bond almost immediately. A ex-pat fan ( and part time musician ) living in London had been following Riaan's journey closely since his departure from Cape Town in 2003. This song captures the reality of that rainy day in Tunis and probably more amazingly the positivity with which Riaan had tackled an impossible task. Thank-you to Rob Reid and his creative genius.
